Technical specifications
• Single phase motors with gear units that deliver 2, 3 and 4 speeds with a mechanical clutch that protects the internal mechanical parts.
• The 4-speed gearbox model CD is available with a separate control panel with 3 sockets and a different automatic switch.
• The 3-speed gearbox has a different safety switch integrated into the cable.
• The 2-speed motor has a built-in switchboard.
• Drilling propulsion is via a handwheel that moves a chrome plated screw into a brass nut. The handwheel can be mounted on two different pins that allow 2 different propulsion speeds thanks to a pair of oblique gears.
• The motor with its gear unit is fixed to a rigid slide and moves on a square cross-section beam. A brass fitting between the slider and the spar allows for regression adjustment. This system ensures the smooth, free-flowing run of the slide for a long time with faster punching and longevity of the cutter.
• The motor with its gearbox and slide and beam can be rotated 3600 horizontally and vertically allowing perforation of floors, ceilings and walls from a unique position with the drill mounted on the floor – no need to attach the drill to the walls or the ceiling – you do not need to drop the paint or use a pump.
CT 300 extra features:
1. Base mounted with plugs allowing perforation in all directions.
2. The CT 300 cantilever column can be extended by using a special jig for scaffolding.
3. The front plate of the slide can be fixed to a wall.
4. Scaffolding after removing the slide from the column.
5. Motors with their gear units are fitted with faucets that are connected to cooling water pipes of the cutting tools.
6. The minimum drilling distance from the center of the drilling tool to the wall is 70 mm and from the 2 corner walls is 100 mm.
