The Dynajet CIP 500 h is a perfect hot-water high-pressure cleaning unit for stationary use that is capable of handling all manual cleaning tasks for industrial processes. With pressures up to 500 bar (7,250 PSI) and low water consumption, it is perfectly suited for interior use in production halls, for process-related cleaning services and maintenance work.
The high pressure pump module is based on the tried and trusted Dynajet technology. It is driven by a powerful 15 kW industrial electric motor.
Depending on the delivery rate, hot water can be generated at temperatures up to 95° C. Cleaning performance can be increased significantly through heat expansion of the metallic substrates, or the reaction on the dirt (oils, grease, tars, bitumen, glue, resins, lubricants, paint, enamel, etc.) to hot water.
The use of hot water often means that degreasing materials as well as paint preparation can be carried out in part or completely without the use of chemical additives.
A pressure-side heat exchanger saves energy and money by generating hot water depending on requirements. Unnecessary and expensive stockpiling of hot water in a storage tank is no longer necessary.
