Neoroof is a new technology UV Curable Hybrid Elastomer Roof Sealant. Certified high reflectivity and thermal insulation product. It forms a membrane impervious to moisture, with resistance to extremely low temperatures up to -35oC.

Properties – Advantages
- It covers capillary cracks and provides complete protection against moisture.
- It is polymerized with solar radiation. Two days after exposure to UV it does not adhere even at very high temperatures while maintaining its elasticity at temperatures from -35oC to + 80oC.
- It reflects solar radiation and significantly reduces energy consumption during the summer months. Due to its high reflectivity and emission, it reduces the temperature of the outer surface exposed to the sun.
- It offers coolness in summer and reduces the energy we consume for air conditioning.

Consumption: 500 -700gr / m2 for 2 coats (cement surface)
Application:
Neoroof® is applied after thoroughly stirring in at least two coats of
different or vertical direction between them. The application is done with a brush, roller or brush. The first layer is diluted with 5-10% pure water. The second follows after about 24 hours without dilution. The same applies to a third party application
layer.
